I have been in this group for 2 months now. When I heard the word personal development I always thought yes, you get that naturally when you are working on something and focus on it? No of course not!
How beautiful is it to be busy with yourself. Hold a mirror in front of your face. Not to see how your hair is, but to see where am I now? Am I happy? Can it be better? What do I actually want? Or will I continue what I'm doing now? Do I want to earn more money?
So this is Master My Freedom. Through videos, assignments, meditations, etc. you go on a journey with yourself... a journey that teaches you to become the best version of yourself. And this is what you can become!
I really enjoy sharing this with like-minded people in this group and talking about it, brainstorming and sparring... feels so good this!!

" What can I say about master my freedom?
Let me tell you a little about myself first. I am Yilmaz Peerdeman, 43 years old and have 3 kids. Separated since 2021, which brought me to the lowest point of my Emotional, chemical and physical self at that time. At that time, I had also lost my parents and my brother.
A call every week, telephone contact during the week, sometimes also physically with coffee. In this, things like processing, personal development and dreams were discussed. I can undeniably say that now a year later, I had made gains in so many areas, and still continue to grow.
On what level? You are challenged to take action yourself, how?
You make decisions, no matter how difficult, you make them. They can be painful, but always with the aim of benefiting yourself. You spar about it and that definitely involves tears. I would recommend it to anyone, you are so worth it
